Appointment Booking Fee (Compulsory)
All bookings require a non-refundable appointment fee to secure your slot. This applies to both consultations and treatments.
Bookings without payment are not confirmed.
This policy applies to in-clinic, WhatsApp, app, or telephonic bookings.
2. Rescheduling Policy
Appointments can be rescheduled at least 24 hours (1 day) before the original appointment time.
If rescheduled less than 24 hours before, the booking fee will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or reused.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours (2 days) before your scheduled session, your booking fee is refundable.
Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee, regardless of the reason.
4. Late Arrivals and No-Shows
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may forfeit their appointment and will need to rebook.
No-shows (no communication or late cancellations) will result in loss of the booking fee and will be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
All cancellations and reschedule requests must be done via WhatsApp or phone to your selected clinic directly.
Confirmation will only be valid once acknowledged by a staff member.
